For employers: Bhutan Recruitment works with our clients’ HR, Hiring Managers and internal recruiters in Bhutan to establish the ideal candidate fit for the team members in your business units to succeed. We then conduct a nationwide search for candidates that fit the criteria. We conduct initial interviews with candidates to ensure that they are an ideal match for your role and company culture. Only perfect matching candidate’s resumes are submitted to hiring managers and/or internal recruiting staff. We complete the process by checking references and verifying valid security clearances or NOC, certifications, and education, saving you time and money.
